Michael Svilar

Michael has over 40 years’ experience in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI in the consulting industry for governmental and commercial organisations, and in the SAAS industry.

Michael was born in Rockford, Illinois, USA and was educated at John Carroll University, Miami University, and the University of Maryland, College Park. Michael started working for DC based consulting firms largely with US Federal Government departments. Michael moved to focus on commercial firms in 1999, when he went to Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in 2001. Michael was a founding member of Marketing Sciences at Accenture Interactive. Michael was the Global Marketing Analytics lead from 2009 – 2012. In 2012, Michael became the Global Data Science Lead at Accenture Applied Intelligence. As the global lead he presided over a period of rapid growth was responsible for over 1500 data scientists.

Michael is a senior advisor for A&MPLIFY, a digital agency in the US. He is also a board advisory for an AI-powered business analyst workflow solution. Michael serves as the Chief Analytics Officer at LIFELENZ, a Workforce Optimisation SAAS solution.
